So the back of the cocktail napkin math gets us to: 227,850. A quick google search tells me that in the US, .21% of names start with Z. We'll assume the same distribution for Alinea customers. Run the math and we come up with 478 start with Z.  If I'm allowed to guess twice, my second answer there are zero names in the dining notes because the computer crashed while the upload was in progress and now all names are lost :) Just kidding.  P.S. I might try this again later with more researched data inputs and some Excel formulas.
Table count may be my downfall. My math assumed 60. I had that number in my head for some reason. Now I'm seeing google results for 20. I Thought Next was 18, but Alinea is significantly larger. If I only would have been counting tables last time I was there. Damn it.
